About me

Born in 1967 in a villiage in the north of Norway. Trained coach from NovaTerra in Brussels, Belgium in 2017, certified in DiSC-methodology and Prince II Agile.

I have worked in a bog variety of leader-and managementpositions in public sector and in international organisations since 2001- including coaching and mentoring hundereds of staff . I have lived periods in Nairobi and Brussels and I have extensive experience in project management.

Founder and owener of a B&B in Marrakech (Riad Lumiere), an AirBnB in Sicily (Palazzo Di Cola) and owner of retro-cafe-bar Arv in Oslo together with my daughter.
